I found that Q-Logic has a pre-fab box to fit in the spare tire well in my 98 accord. But it's for two 10's. Does anyone have any experience with these? Are they strong enough for high output subs? Could I cut the holes for two 12's? Thanks again...

well they are designed for type three or four subs i am sure that box can handel better subs than normal all you really need is at least 1 inch from the magnet to the bottom of box.
