Hello,

I'm trying to integrate a remote start system with a factory keyless entry on a 2001 Tahoe and a 2002 Avalanche. Does anyone know of a way without replacing the factory remotes or adding to them? I'm trying to keep these vehicles as 'factory' as possible.

Trying to keep the factory remotes is good except for the fact that the range on most OEM systems are not very good. Adding a remote starter to a factory remote control won't get yo very far. There are several companies that have units that turn your factory remote controls into remote starters.
