I found these 4 neon tubes in the interior of a car. They are all independent which mean each light has a transformer and a control box. What I want to do is wire them all to 1 control box. Another thing is all of the tubes has cigarette lighter plugs. It has 2 wires going into the plug. 1 of the wires is black with a white stripe and the other is solid black. If I snip off the lighter plug is that a positive and negative wire?

P.S. Yes I'm trying to install these under my car, lol.

Snip the plugs and wire them together on a switch... tthey probably ain't gonna last long...
