you guys have all the answers so i hope you can dummify this for me. i have a 93 honda civic. i don't want to use a key to start it and drive, i don't even want it on my keychain. can someone connect the four wires at the bottom to my relays and switches? thank you for your time and feel free to paint on my picture. i am a picture learner, not just words i guess...

For you to drive your car without a key you would first have to find a way to keep the steering-wheel unlocked.

Then you should know that there's at least 2 Ignition wires and in some case 2 Constant 12volts wires.

If you can find a way to keep the steering-wheel unlock, I will draw and send you a diagram on how to get it done Correctly.

And what is going to keep the dumbass thief from stealing your car since it just starts with the push of a button?

mxg7- when i replaced my steering wheel i managed to disable the wheel lock, not sure how, i probably broke something. as far as i could tell those are the only ignition wires, i could be wrong but that is all i have found so far. if you could send me a diagram you'll be my hero.

forbidden- what keeps the thieves away is easy, alarm w/ two back up batteries, 4 piezo 130db alarms inside, 1 siren under hood, 1 siren in trunk. .  6 red leds 6 blue leds and 6 white leds all flash when the alarm goes off, (looks like cop lights :) passive starter kill switch,  2 manual fuel kill switches VERY well hidden, and i've got a mac-90 that keeps people away. besides my car looks stock on the outside, and a 93 civic dx sedan stock is a lot less tempting than the acura up the street and the supra nextdoor. best anti theft i have for my car is it looks like a grandma car.

alarm sytem overkill? heh mine is an air horn wired to my door switches through relays switch to (+) through a hidden killswitch, through another relay into 1.0 farad capacitor firing the airhorn compressor, when that sucker goes of you have 23 seconds of pure hell!!!!!!!!
