dei remote start and alarm units?

whats the difference between the DEI Viper 791xv and the DEI Valet 554r?  They are both 2-way remote start and alarm units but i've seen a price difference between them.  As far as the unit goes does anyone know if one is better than the other or recommended above the other?  Both DEI products so they both have to be good products.

I have the 791XV and it is very DELUXE!!!  remote start, 5 auxilaries (trunk/hatch, windows up/down, door poppers if you have them, horn - hehehe, i know, im an ass!,  whatever else you can think of.  although some may require modules and/or relays).  don't know much about the other alarm though, although I guess I should considering I'm an installer!!
