How do I contact Clifford? I've looked over there website and can't find any info. But it is a must that I contact them I've just had the worst experience ever with any place of business. And they referred me to them via there store locator. First off I try to call the place they don't answer the phone, then when they finally answer the phone they put you on hold for at least 5min(no bs) while they find someone who speaks english. Then when you try the find the store they have a different name than whats on clifford website. if thats not bad enough I take my instructions to the alarm and the alarm and after arguing with the guy tryin to tell him what I want for a bout 45min(no bs) he hacks up my wires to my alarm(not even sure if it works still), then the guy says well I can't finish because I don't have a computer its in the shop, so I say ok, I go back today(at least 2 months later) and the guy still talkin about the computer is in the shop now he doesn't have an installer working for him, I'm like installer for what? hook the "darn" thing to a battery and hook it to the computer so I can get my "darn" codes, the guy looks at me say ok, but I don't know how to do it(but on my previous visit he boost on being a clifford dealer for 3 years), I tell him you hook it to a "darn" battery like it would be in the car. ANd he gives me this dumbest look ever and tells me he doesn't understand....I would be ashamed to allow them to put my banner anywhere near there shop, Clifford obviously isn't aware of this and I must inform them, and they might even have to replace my brain to my alram if the guy damaged it.

Dude, I hate to say it but if you have to argue with him for 45 minutes just to tell him what you want then you should have walked.

Just FYI, Clifford is a DEI brand and here is some contact info, Contact info for DEI.

I take it not jsut a car audio/alarm shop. Say if it is have you spoke with the manager, ( even know that may not help and give my excuses) Is it a small shop say they only have a few, see if you can get hold on the owner. Before yuo contact Cliffod File a complaint with the beter bussines beuara, and fax or scan that with a eamil to clifford.

I was talkin to the owner/manager. I would have walked but its the closest dealer the next one is 30-45 min away. Which is where I'm forced to go later on today.
