Ok I wanted to do a blow-thru but my parents advised not to so I was wondering if I put like 3 15's back in the bed of the truck it would it sound decent?? I just want a loud bass sound haha. I have designed a box that will be pretty much weather proof, and I will also have on a soft bed cover. Do you think it will work?? I will upload pics of my plans tommorow.

i dont think that you will get the effect that you want at all.  just cut the cab,  i did and it works perfect, just have it professionally installed with a notable installer, and you shouldnt have any problems.

A girl I know (yes a girl) has four Eclipse 12s built in a cistom fiberglass box in the bed of her S-10. Then there is a big port/blowthrough to the cab of the truck. It is really loud and sounds great both inside and out

If you want to throw obscene amounts of subwoofers into your ride, why not buy a hatchback or car that has a trunk to fit all that stuff?
