possible battery drain

The truck is a 2004 ford f250 diesel. It was sitting for about 6 days without starting. All through that time ive been working on it nonstop getting all the work done. Now I'm suspecting that there may be a source of draw draining the battery. Its dropping about .01 volts every 20 minutes. So i know the draw is very small, but still its enough to bother me. curently its at about 12.49 volts, but has dropped from 12.55. Im doing this for someone else, so i don't want to give them the car back then the following morning have it dead. The following is what ive done to the car:

Compustar 2-way alarm:
   - relay according to directfax 1094
   - window automation (doide isolated)
   - remote start (no bypass needed)
   - backup siren/interior sirens (run off a relay)
Hardwired Radar Detector
2 amps
headunit (alpine)
music keg (alpine)
sirius tuner (alpine)
Hardwired Power Inverter
   - led is on, but unit is not...led is too small for this draw right?

Anyways, both batteries are showing the same voltage. Could it be they are trying to equalize voltage maybe?
Any suggestions?

What your seeing is really commen in new ford 250's and with all the goodies you installed You will have a drain on the battery. I think one out of every five we get from Ford right off the train has some kind of bug draining the batteries... so by the time we get to doing the conversions at least three trucks a week have dead dual batteries...and the ones that do this seem to continue to do so... (these are bone stock by the way)..I wouldn't worry too much...

First and foremost, you can't quantify a battery drain just because voltage is dropping. If you want to be sure then MAKE SURE THAT ALL LIGHTS ARE OFF, KEY IS OFF, DOOR IS CLOSED, AND ANYTHING ELSE THAT DRAWS ENOUGH CURRENT TO BLOW YOUR METER'S FUSE IS OFF, then disconnect the ground wire from the batteries, set your meter to mA, then place the meter between the batteries and the car's ground. You have to let it sit for a good 30 minutes for the computers shut off. If the it reads above 50 mA then there may be something draining the battery. If not then don't worry.

Also consider wiring the power inverter and radar detector  to a relay.
