im installing a new alternator in my accord but i have ran into one thing i did not know and that is there is a 4 wire harnest that plugs into the stock alternator what i am wondering is whats the usage for each of the wires there is
white w/ red stripe
white w/ blue stripe
white w/ green stripe
Black or could be blue / Yellow stripe

im just curious to know what each of these wires are there for before i continue with my aftermarket alternator
it says connect this one wire to i believe it said ignition wire so thats my number one concern but other concern is being convienced the other wires are not needed or what not
Thanks,
Josh
