have an xbox hook to an scohe pl-150

when i turn on the xbox it stays on for about 2min then the power inverter cuts out there nothing extra hook to it . what do i need to do get a lager inverter.. need help.

Is this with the engine on or just using ACC power? Some inveters have a built in protection, so when your battery falls below 11 or so volts, it turns off so you can still crank your engine over. It could also be a thermal problem, do you have it stuffed somewhere tight. It needs to breath.
