Anybody had a new caravan that wouldnt learn a key. I took the van to the dealership and it came up with a code of mismatched transponder. So we erased the code and i took it back to the shop. I tried learning a new key and it still wouldnt learn....any ideas. The dealer said there is no option to turn off the key learn feature. But i have done probably a half dozen 05 caravans with no problems.

you have to leave the key on,with a battery charger hooked up for over an hour.then you can reprogram the "mis-matched" key.(1.5 hrs works best!)
