I'm looking for an on-line source for generic molded wiring connectors (2-wire, 3-wire and 4-wire).  I've looked at local audio stores and all over the Internet and can't find anything.(Aside from custom manufacturers.) I'm doing my own audio and cruise control install and all I can find are trailer wiring connectors but the wire gauge is too big and they're just too bulky. I want to use molded connectors because I don't want big clumps of crimped terminals.  There msut be someone out there who sells inexpensive generic modled wring connectors. Any help?

Are you looking for the molex connectors, which use (FIP) force insurtion pins which go inside a plastic housing?

Or the molex style which you depress the wires through the rear of the connector, and it is held in place by metal blades?

Both come in molex style or shape, which are small. But the later is more prone to backing out in hi vibration environments.

No, I'm looking for ones that already have the wires molded in to them and connected - like trailer wiring only with smaller gauge wire and hopefully a smaller molding. I'd rather splice wires than hook up litttle connectors. I like the finished product better and think it'll last longer.
