I am looking for a complete or mostly complete pinout for the GEM module for a 2000 Ford Taurus. If anybody can help I would greatly appreciate it. I am mainly looking for funcrion/signal type/polarity of the wires. Thanks

if all you need is to "wake up" the module, try using a crime stopper starter module. they have a programable option that will do wake up for you.
