I have a Bel 980 that I am going to hardwire to my ignition fuse I already have 2 gauges hooked up there so I'm wondering if the 10A on the ign is going to be able to hold this, also I had to cut the cigarette lighter end off the power cord for the radar detector so I'm jsut wonder what size fuse I should use in it's place any suggestions?

visor mount radar..... 1 amp fuse...you should be fine with the circuit you would like to use

Yup the one amp was right I actually found the manual for it and it said replace fuse with 1amp. PuppyDawg of course :)
