Hi all,

I have been trying to hire a tinter for 3 months now and have had no luck. I am willing to pay great but just cant seem to find one?

I am located in Toronto Canada. Are there any tinters in Toronto?

My advice is where can I try to find one? Any websites, newspapers etc.....

Any help would be appreciated
