This isn't a video topic question.....

Have you ever tried to play DVD-wave file discs on your changer? I have been transferring my MP3's and wav discs to DVD - pretty much for storage space issues. I have emailed Clarion about the ability of their DVD changer to play either DVD MP3 discs or wave files on DVDs and got a "we discussed it and it should work - but let us know" response.

I only asked Clarion because thats what my HU is - but am curious about any changer in general havng this capability.

my alpine iva-d901 nor my alpine dvd changer play, dvd's with mp3's on it posted_image

Have you ever tried just audio DVD's (wave files)? I understand MP3's maybe not working but it would seem to me a wave file should play.

If they don't now I bet they will in future models.
