does anyone know what a linear magnetic coupler is..and how they work.....I am in the understanding that they are a sort of varible resistor but they aslo can divide impedence.....does anyone know any other way to divide impedence besides the normal way....aka  subs in paralell ect.....

Hi Jeff, here's the only peice I'm aware of that serves as a magnetic coupler between an amplifier and a speaker.
