thanks

do you have existing power locks or not....

If you do...I'd go with DEI's Valet...either the 711T or the 710T....They both behave like a dealer installed option...Horn honk, parking light flash, etc....

here's a run down...

711T : Starter kill, ignition controlled locking, chirp confirmation on lock unlock and panic mode.

cool things: on-board relays for Channel 2, door locks, dome light supervision and parking light flash..

710T: same as the 711T minus the cool things....

for the ford, I'd go with the 711T....But I like DEI..

think that's everything....hope it helped

P.S...if you don't ahve existing power locks  you can use DEI part# 524T actuators....need one per door, and gotta run wires...and you'll ahve to use relays....but that's easy

like I said...use DEI part# 524T Actuators...just gotta mount them in the door, and run wires to a couple of relays....

When you hook up the Keyless Entry module, the lock outputs, will get ran to the relays...I'm probably making this sound harder tha it is...cause it's simple work...

And since all you want is the keyless...go with the 710T...

Just, when you mount the Actuators for the door locks...make sure they are free moving with no obstructions or anything they could bind on..you'll burn 'em out if they get stuck.....

All you need to do, is go to your local, DEI Dealer...whoever carries, Viper, Sidewinder, Valet, Wasp, Clifford, and the lsit goes on...and they either have the parts or can order them for you...

Than when you're ready....just get the wiring codes, to give you a reference and get started...The hardest part..will be programming it....

need any more help...post and I or someone else can help you..

or you can e-mail me...

but like I said...it's easy work, bub...EASY
