I am new to this.  What does bcm mean?  Also, what does pull and tap mean?        Thanks posted_image

BCM: Body Control Module: This modules controls various functions of the vehicle's interior electronics such as dash, lights, door locks, radio, donelight, etc.....

Pull and tap means to pull some slck on the target wire and tap mean to connect the wire that you want to the target wire.
