Civic M3 Style Mirror with LED Connections

I bought a new M3 style side mirrors with LED. It did not come with the proper installation procedures. Each mirror has 3 wires, black for ground, and the other two are white and blue. Im thinking I have to splice the blue wire on the left side mirror with the left turn signal wire and the blue on the right side mirror to the right signal wire. That takes care of 2 out of 3 wires. What do I connect the third white wire to? Any comments ???

i don't have m3 mirrors or ever workedwith them but is it motorized? it could also be like how parking lights are, one is for the flasher and the other one is when u turn ur parking lights on and of course thrid is the ground i'm not sure tho but maybe this gives ya an idea of what they're for what brand are these? maybe u can get some instructions from where u bought it,  u might be able to figure out what wires run what maybe a 9volt battery and just make thos connctions and see what works... good luck
