I have my roady2 satellite radio hard wired so it goes on and off with the ignition. I would like to use the retained accessory power feature that my vehicle has. (2003 GMC Envoy). Can I wire into the existing power and ground for factory radio to use this feature or do I have to wire using relays as show on this sight? If so where do I find the wire for door trigger? Thanks

hi,

does your Envoy have power tilt out windows in the rear?  if so, you should be able to derive power up at the switches in the overhead console...dark green wire if i remember correctly.  the rear windows run off of a RAP circuit in the vehicle.

I do not have the power rear window, I do however have a power sunroof which does have RAP. Do I have to use both power and ground from this to utilize RAP. Thanks
