Hi, I am new here and so far I love the site!

I am trying to build a circuit based on the Constant to Momentary 12v(+) relay.  My question is on the capacitor that I have, it is axial (I believe this is the correct term) with an arrow pointing one direction with a symbol that I believe to be a negative sign.  Am I correct in assuming that it points to the negative side, and this is the side I should connect the ground to?

Thanks in advance for your help.
