I have a 95 jeep cherokee that has a very strange problem. When the car is in the accesory key slot everything in the interior works. if i start it the radio will work but if i turn on a number of things which include : Cigarette lighter, A\C, Blower, switch for Air, windshield wippers. When one of those is turned on the Radio will go off if the device is turned off the radio will go back on. if you have anymore questions reply i just dont want to write that

Could you repost that again so it's a little more understandable.

Punctuation would be great too.

If you have an aftermarket stereo, reground it (bypass the factory ground in the harness) and your problem will probably be solved.

If not, check the fuses and fuse boxes (including under the hood).  The cigarette lighter fuse would be a good place to start looking.  You're looking for any corrosion around it, or if it feels a little loose.  The problem stems from a trouble connection somewhere.  It works okay until you ask it to draw some more current.  Also check your grounds (body grounds/ secondary grounds).

If this does not work, then pull the deck, and back probe the harness with your meter to see if the accessory power is dropping off when you turn on other accessories.

just another idea would be taking a look at the ignition switch. if i understand correctly it does not happen when its in acc. but does when in run. try playing (jiggling the key in run when the problem accures. but like any eletrical problem it could be anything so remain open to everything.
