It's been quite well for me. We just need the colder weather to push customer's into thinking about remote starter's, heated seats & winter truck/car accessories. The only thing that hurt us was the poor weather we had in the spring & early summer. This put a damper on our truck accessories & pulled back out car audio sales for the spring months.

Its dead as hell...We are located in a small town and I think we have done everyones car here....:)

For the longest people would drive up from Jackson Tn to get to us...But now with gas as high as it is they arent comming like they used to... I had expanded our business from the Tint/Car Stereo to include Custom Vinyl and Interior work hoping to aid our problem and its made NO difference...

I am having to seek alternate means of making money...So I am back to building computers...I hope everyone else is faring well...

My work is strictly dealer related and we are busy as all hell. I figure there should be atleast 2 more guys to be up to speed.

Are you guys doing mainly alarms or what?  We deal mainly with dealers but cater to the SUV video market,,,all they have been selling are cars, we're putting a couple of DVD's in those but most aren't wanting it installed,,,Where are you at?  Glad to hear some dealer expediters are doing ok,,,

Our shop bussiness seems tobe tied to gas prices.  Gas goes up, work goes down.  The second it goes under $.95 /lt, we get busy, second it goes up we can count the strands in the carpet.  Would be so bad if the greedy bas(^^% would share the wealth, but the best we can do is triple the charges for anyone who admitts to working for the oil companies. ( see how they like it)
