There was a relay that was sold a few years ago that you can install in the place of the OEM hazard relay that allows the user to adjust how fast/slow they want their turn signals to blink. However, I haven't been able to find the relay anywhere and have "found" that I could just modify the OEM hazard relay, using a different sized capacitor OR resistor. I just want to double check to see which one it is...

 i cant help with that aftermarket flasher but if you lower the resistance in the curcuit from the bulbs than you will get a faster blink. like when one of your blinkers is out and it speeds up to warn you. same thing a bad bulb mean lower resistance. that my opinion dont know how too do it though never had too. so let use know what you come up with. lol
