I just finished looking over the lists of books linked on this site and was wondering if anyone knows about any books that go into great detail on the how-to of installing (alarms and R/S in particular).  I tried searching for the Mobile Installers Guide and couldn't find one locally.

I am not looking into becoming certified or doing jobs from home, but I am very curious as they didn't teach this stuff went I did my autobody apprenticship years ago.

Thanks for you input.

I'm not aware of any, but your best bet would likely be to read through some of the installation manuals here: https://www.the12volt.com/downloads/downloads.asp

Omega sells a wireing diagram book. i know its not a manual but it has most cars in it. we use that and "the disk" for our wires.

Thanks Admin, that was very useful, I found a much more detailed install manual for a comparable model that will help in the future, I wish my model came with that much detail.
