can anyone help me i need to find out the color codes for my factory radio, i have searched everyware and still can't find it, i have also checked on the tech page of this website and it just gives me the codes for the non amplified system. I need to color codes for the amplified system, if anybody can help it would be greatly appreciated.

i'm trying to wire in a new radio but i can't seem to find the power wire colors.

blue / YELLOW = Batt +  Grey = Acc+  Brown = Ground -  BLACK/ Red = Ant +

You can pick up a harness at the store that will plug right into your vehicle (Wal-Mart even carries them).  Then you simply match the wire colors on this harness up to the wires on your new stereos harness and you're done.

Actually if you have an Avalon there is a harness you can buy for the amplified system.  It's made by American International the model is TWH-14.  The only thing you need is front and rear amplifier output in order for the harness to work.  It takes your amplifier input wires and converts it to low level through the RCA's.
