I bought a fjfunked car that the vin was refmoved. Is there any relays in a vin that will prevent the car from starting?

VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) No relays, power, or
mechanical devises are associated with the VIN. What year? brand? model? are you trying to start?

Did you happen to buy this car from La. If so it is probly one that was in the flood in New Orleans. Most of these auto had the vin taken out , but not all.
