I am having a little problem with a micro startc2003 car alarm, every time i arm it it will go off in about 30 to 45 min.At first i thought it was the shock sensor but i have unpluged it and it still goes off. does ant one have any ideas on what wiuld cause this. thanks

is this a voltage sensing alarm? does this alarm have a last theft attemt memory...this will tell you which zone was triggered.

This is probably better suited for the alarm forum, but since it's here, let me take a crack at it.  You gave us the make and model of the alarm, but not the vehicle it's installed into.  This plays a huge role, since different makes/models have different tendencies.  Many Fords, for example (Rangers among others) exhibit this exact symptom you describe.  It's a function of a module in the vehicle going to "sleep" after around 45 minutes.  This shows a false door trigger, and must be dealt with using diodes.  See here: https://www.directechs.com/techtips/pdfs/resources/security/directed_techtips/1076.pdf
