hi I have 99 mercury sable.i can't get hot air thru front defrost.but cold air comes good.on control panel everything works fine.i dont know what is wrong.

Are you able to get hot air on anything besides defrost- like a/c or vent? If not, you may have a problem with your heater control valve, or you could have a clog somewhere (in the heater core, etc.). How does your coolant look- is it discoloRED / have a nasty odor?
