I recently bought a 95 eagle talon tsi 2.0 dohc awd turbo. I had it for two months until i decided to try my a/c i was cruising about 45 mph in some light too heavy traffic. temp was appx 75 degrees. i also had my cruise on. well pushed the but and i heard a thump noise from around the middle engine area. pulled over and what do u know my balance belt had ripped too shredds and lodged inbetween my timing belt and the lower timing belt cover. got a trailer got it home. next day i tore into it i put new blance belt, timing belt, all belts pretty much. umm new plugs, and wires, oil, filter, antifreeze, all steel braided hoses and a rather extensive cleaning top to bottom oh ya nad a new crank angle sensor. ok well got it back together went too turn key and crank crank and no start . bye now i am really frustrated. i come too find out that the computer under the passenger side of the car SRS unit i believe has been wired in a way that it seemed someone or previouse owner was trying too keep power goin too it or something is this a malfunctioning computer what do i do i just want my car too run again PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

It seems to me that your belts were already fairly worn, and when the clutch on the ac compressor kicked in, it caused your belt to snap. Have you done the basic tests to make sure you've got spark and fuel? If not, you need to do so. You can get a spark tester cheap at the parts store. Many times you can crack a bolt loose at the end of the fuel rail, crank it, and if you have fuel spray, then you have fuel pressure.
If you replaced the timing belt, too, you may not have it on there right- maybe the cam/crankshaft are off from each other. Pick up a timing light at the parts store and check that if it's nothing else.

thanks for the reply. for the fuel and spark check yes there is spark and not so much fuel. i started too remove the fuel pressure regulator and when i did it had little too no fuel pressure. "slowly ran out" i thought that was wierd. and the timing is dead on for sure i studied and checked and studied some more on that procedure. and i cant check the timing with a timing light because i cant get it too start. i also found a wierd intermintent click coming from dash sounded like fuel pump relay. this sound happend when i pushed in the trigger for the door ya the little button that tells the computer that the door is shut and not open what up with that..?? strong odor of gas in engine compartment why?? also when i got too attemp too start my car the boost gauge reads way over half way point when initial cranking begins."turn key" is the right??

It sounds like you already know the problem- fuel delivery. When the car was running before, did you hear a whining noise coming from the fuel pump? If so, that's a sign that it could be on it's last leg. Make sure the fuel pump relay has good power. You might want to check the ground for the fuel pump as well.
You should still be able to time it by having someone crank it while you use the gun.
That's probably just it- you've got a relay that's triggered by the door pin you're hearing.
A gasoline odor means you may have a leak in a vacuum line at the charcoal canister, or possibly an o-ring on the fuel supply that's gone bad.
