ok, This is wierd,
I drive a 98 plymouth noen, 5 speed, I noticed the other day, that there was a humming coming from my sub. I don't know where it came from, because i'v had the car for a couple of months now, and i havn't notived it till the other day.
I pulled the e-brake, and it stopped..
so the humming stops when the e-brake is on, and starts when it is off.
It's a single output 800W Kenwood Amp, And a 1200W Kenwood Sub.
Also , when i slow down and turn a corner it get's louder ( not the humming ) but the sub.
I don't know what would make something like this happen other then power problems for something.
I have a capassitor, but it's not wired in. Would this end the problem?
Your Info and Help would be greatly appricated !!!!!

Check your power and ground connection to the amp. Check them at all points from start to termination at the amp. You may have a bad connection somewhere. You can also check to see if both RCA cables are OK and not pinched anywhere.

Ok, well I got half the problem fixed.
I checked all the wires, nothing seems to be wrong with them, But the humming is still there with the e-brake off. Of course it starts again when the e-brake is on. so i'm lost as to what it could be.
If anyone else has an idea I would love to hear it.
Thanks
