Greetings,

I am going to be replacing my car battery terminals since mine are slightly corroded. I looked at the AWG chart to find out which gauge of wire I need and I only see it referring to Watts RMS which is for amplifiers. How would I calcuate this for my battery terminals?

Thanks.

Use the same or larger wire than what the factory uses. In most vehicles the wire is 4 gauge.
