How does the dfs alarm work? Can I wire it to an alarm (Ungo MS2000)?

If you have an alarm why bother hooking it up your radio's alarm to it?

You just enble the alarm feature on the radio and hook the triger wire from the radio to the car's door switch.  So when someone opens the door....you have like 15 secs (I think) to disarm the radio's alarm....if not, the radio emitts this loud high pitch sound form the speakers in your car.  It isn't that great of an alarm system.  If your close the doors...you can hardly hear the radio's alrm from the outside (Unless you have this huge sound system in your car).
