hello people the other day i went to use my direct tech pass word and it says it does not work i tryed with the two different ones i use i was trying to see if any know way happen to the site.Or does any have the new oue they use ?

You'll need to get a new password from your DEI Rep.

Yup, no one will give their pw out. Don't bother asking here for them.

Because some of us will need it the moment we ask for it we won't have time to post it on here and hope someone will give it to us on time, time is money man lol samething happend to me with direct, i was trying to get on and had to call my rep

Sorry... call your rep. As Auex said, we don't give our PW out. It's not a matter of choice so much, but rather that of contract. If DT figures out that those other than approved personnel are using the PW, it becomes a breach of contract and the subject of the contract (and involved parties) can be sued royally bad for it. It counts as piracy. Wish we could help, but we can't.

There is software called OMEGA that does the same thing really, they stay pretty much up to date. You'll find it anywhere from $50 - $150 depending on how detailed a version you want.

Ya but this site does have the wiring guide as well so that kinda takes care of your point in most situations

Ya, just like your not supposed to sell over the counter. I wish more DEI dealers had your attitude. But then again.....if they did we here at the 12volt would have less to talk about. (all the questions posted by folks that "found a way" to buy a viper....)
