I've seen alot of people asking about window tint law's in there state. I came across this site today https://www.tintcenter.com/laws/ It has alot of good information on it, not sure how up to date it is, for my state it said 2002. Not sure about the rest.

SolarGard and Llumar are probably the 2 largest companies known for window films. You can view state laws directly on their websites
