OK, here is what i have. 2005 durango seats with the factory seat heaters already installed.  I need a way to contorl them. the factory system sends a signal  (low or hi) from a momentary switch, to the can bus system, that sends a signal to the heated seat module, that sends the signal to the seat heater. This is a 1 wire hook up. The seat heater grounds itself on the same ground wire that the pwr seat motor uses.  It would cost 700+ in parts to retrofit the factory control system.

Hi from the module ouputs 10volts

I am not really concerned with hi and low, I was just going for on. However i need to regulate the voltage down to 10 volts. will a voltage regulator get to hot?

any ideas?

The CAN SL module controls heated seats....install yourself a remote start and use this bypass..posted_image
