The inside dome light stays on after door is shut. lights will eventually turn off based on speed or time, not sure which. however, the Door Ajar dummy light on dash stays lit. After leaving vehicle the dome light and running board lights will stay on for undetermined amount of time. Battery was dead this morning. I see the Door trigger wire is blue/White, and something about a RAP module????? Any help here?

ive encountered the same problem in the same vehicle, however it turned out to be entirely mechanical and nothing electrical - the pin switch on this truck for the doors is actually part of the lock mechanism inside each door- on the truck that I had the problem with, the switch in the drivers door was faulty and needed to be replaced by ford. To temporarily solve the problem for the customer we went into the drivers door and disconnected the wire going to the lock mechanism so that it would not read the door as being open when it was actually shut

Would that be the Door Trigger wire?

not the one inside the vehicle - the one inside the car is common for all the doors and the rear hatch, u have to go into the door and find the wire going to the lock mechanism
