what do you guys think is this craftsman profesional multimeter any good?? the one im talking about is there best model with pc interface,..1% dc accuracy it costs about 130 dollars??????????Now i also am going to buy a dewalt drill, do you think the 18 volt xrp is a little overkill with 450 pounds of tourque?????? i mean i had the 9.6 volt dewalt and it was good but i needed a little more power at times so i want the 18 i think??
Dewalt drills all the way! I would go with a fluke or snap on multi meter though. The craftsman will do the job too though.
I had a few problems with the DeWalt drill when I was using it at work (not installing car audio), especially due to weather (I used to install gutters / eavestroughing)...the DeWalt switches are poor if weather gets at them...
I ended up with a Milwaukee 18V and its great...more power and more torque than the DeWalt and I like the balance as well...and it didnt care about the rain...never replaced a switch...still got it and it still works great...as far as the DMM, that is not a bad choice, but if I was buying another one, it would be Fluke all the way...
the drills are awesome man. as for the multimeter it is probably quite good also, but if you want a kickin meter for half the price of a fluke or snap on chec out a true rms meter by micronta at your local radioshack
