anyone else having trouble accessing their techsoft today... rebooting my comp like 5 times tried to down load it like 10 times still nothing call round to some shops in my area same problem.......but there is a solution just in case you guys think your computer is jacked up....one of my friends does this computer junk for a living so he comes over to the house and messes around on it....its as simple as changing the date on the computer  put it on feb 2002, hes says its some kind of bug i dont know, but it works now so who caresposted_image......just a little FYI

yes I had the same problem and move date back, and it works. the program has usally an expiration date.  But my other program Maid XL is acting up because it doesn't see the right date, I'll find a fix on monday.

YES YOU NEED TO RE-DOWNLOAD THE PROGRAM OR TURN THE DATE BACK ON UR PC....

dei knows about the program and they have released a new version with the problem fixed so you can download it using you passwords
