i have a 2001 accord and want keep the factory stereo it has a 6 disc in dash changer.i need to know how to wire the remote turn on wire
for the amp

All you need to do is to find the switched 12 volt wire at the radio harness. Tie the turn on lead to this wire. Just a note,sometimes you will run into a "turn on thump"when the amp is hooked up this way. This happens because the amp powers up before the stereo signal gets to the amp. Thus creating a pop. Aftermarket head units are set up to delay the turning on of the amp until the signal is there. Good luck on the project. Brian

 you could also try a remote amp turn-on by PAC (part #pactr4,I think!? )  which works with speaker signal from factory radio to activate, in turn supplies voltage for amp(s). could eliminate "pop". just a suggestion.
