Just got a 2001 Jeep Cherokee Sport
It has OEM remote door locks
Looking for recommendations to add remote start and alarm.

I have the diagrams just unsure about OEM wireless locks "ignore or interface with"? How

Brand vrs $ looking Mid/Low price

Alarm is going in first....

Do you have a Grey Key or a Black Key?? The color of the key that you use to start the vehicle will determine if you need a bypass module. If you have a Grey key then you will need to purchase a DEI 555CW in order to make the vehicle remote start. When you say that the alarm is going in first, are you planning on purchasing the alarm and remote start seperately?? If so, dont! Buy an all in one Remote start alarm package, it will make your life a lot easier, plus they are much easier to install and operate than two seperate units. I have had much luck with DEI products and also Prestige products.
