Does anyone know of a kit available for a 2004 Ford Freestar. Either from Ford, Rostra, Audiovox or whoever. I need a complete kit.

You can probably use the 250-1223 universal module and a handle. Attach to the throttle body and it's good to go. If it's a drive by wire, attach to the gas pedal instead.
