Everything went pretty smoothly, CCS-100 manual differs greatly with info available for VSS from Rostra. Manual stated not available so I used Rostra data and location for VSS/tach matched up, at least color code was correct, so I'll assume good.
System doesn't work, did T/S step per CCS-100 and I get a constant 9.80 volts on Purple wire (pin 4 brake ground) on servo. Checked brake connection luckly the tap did work, So I disconnected purple wire and it had 9.8 volts comming from Servo unit. All other checks good in T/S section. Questions;
1. Could Rostra info be wrong.
2. If Rostra wrong could it be causing the voltage.
3. Bad servo?
4. Any idea what LED in servo is for, should it be on?
5, Waiting for Audiovox to open Monday to call, but time is not on my side.
Got 12 days to get it working before son is off to school.
Thanks

Did some digging thru old post and Sparkie helped someone out last year with great T/S info and that helped me solve my problem. Bad brake connector not making good contact. replaced it all working fine.
Thanks Sparkie for you insight as to what makes a CC work. Now I'll look at my 1992 Accord witha broken CC and figure that one out.
