Hello,

I need the wiring color and location of the Speed signal for a 2001GMC-Denali and a 2001 Jeep Cherokee.

Also, I need to know how many pulses per mile for both vehicles.

Than you,

 Dan.

Dan, On the GMC Denali There should be a connector somewhere near the MasterCylinder near the firewall with about seven or eight wires going to the cruise unit (or capped with a plug if no cruise) The Dark Green wire with a white trace will be your VSS wire. And it should be set at 4000 pulses.

The 2001 Jeep 4.0 engine. The VSS wire from the transmission will be the orange wire with the white trace and you can set the pulses on 8000.

Good luck!
