Hi folks,

Is there a way I can test the wire with a multimeter for a tach signal? I am having trouble finding one and would find it easier if I can just hook up the meter to test.

Thanks

hi what kind of car are you working on? put your meter on ac volts groun\d black lead then probe suspect wire should read between 1.5 - 6 volts as the motor revs.good luck
