I just installed a Audiovox/Rostra 250-1076/250-1176 Cruise control on my 96 Geo Metro. I have everything installed but the VSS wire. According to the instructions that came with the cruise control and on every sight and even my chilton manuals, the color of the wire is YELLOW /GREEN. There is not a YELLOW /GREEN wire in the harness! I checked everywire on the computer harness and only found a GREEN/ YELLOW wire. I removed an older model Rostra from my 95 metro but the harness' are different and it does have a YELLOW /GREEN wire. Any help would be greatly appreciated!:errr:

Thanks mo12v I found it, I guess it just didn't register what that ment in the manual!!  Silly me! Anyway, I found it and hooked it up and tried the cruise, it didn't work. Then it dawned on me that small displacement engines such as the metros "big block" (Haha) 1.3L needs a vacum canister for added vacum reserve to operated correctly. My 95 "small block " 3 cyl has the canister added to it and I will rob it from that car. Wish me luck! posted_image
