Is there any thing you can do to add a cruise control to a vehicle with no throtle cable. Vehicle is a 2005 E-350 Diesel Van.

See how the factory does it.. you might have to go with a factory system.

Almost everything is built into that vehicle already all you need to do is swap the wheel for one with the cruise buttons, change the clockspring, and have the dealer "enable" the cruise in the computer. Takes 15 minutes for the whole install.. And as discussed before technically you could use any universal cruise and do a pedal pull configuration, but it obviously isn't the best choice. SCS or Rostra makes the "kit" for this vehicle that comes with the new wheel/clockspring and directions on the install. Can't remember if I've used the kit on a diesel or not, but would only take a minute to call and confirm. Good luck,

I contacted rostra and they offer nothing for this vehicle. scs offers nothing for ford diesels
