Hi,
I have a 1997 Honda Accord LX whose cruise control does not work. I bought it used and the owner did not even know that there was cruise control(hmmm...) anyways it was not working from the time I bought it.
When I press the cruise button near the door, it lights up but if I press "set" button on the steering, nothing happends (I follow the instruction manual procedures). The light on the dash does not come up too. One of the mechanics did mention that it might be the brake switch but did not get it repaired from him because of low funds :(. Well..the brake lights works fine!
Where do I start? Any leads/info will be appreciated.

Check your Throttle Cables, Vacuum hoses & Servo connections
