Does anybody know or have ideas how to install cruise module on 2003 F250 6.0 litre diesel engine? The truck has electronic accelerator pedal, no cables no anything?

Check with a Ford dealer. There may actually be a kit available to install the factory cruise. If not, you could try and attempt a pedal pull with a conventional aftermarket cruise. Check out www.rostra.com and look for their bulletin on how they do pedal pull on the newer F series Ford trucks.
